Abstract
Based on the previous work by Felix Klein, Alexander von Brill, and John Sharp, we give a new method to build
a cardboard solid sphere. The templates have been obtained by the inverse of the stereographic projection of two
pencils of lines. This gives a technique of construction by rotating a plane around an axis crossing the surface.
